January TWENTY-FIFTH the Day of DESTINY

Adeline Virginia Woolf was an English writer and one of the foremost modernists of the twentieth century. January 25, 1882, Kensington, London, UK. Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? Is a 1962 play by Edward Albee. The title is a pun on the song "Who’s Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf?” The film adaptation was released in 1966, starring Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor.

January TWENTY-FIFTH the Day of DESTINY: Those born on January 25 are apt to lead difficult but interesting and rewarding lives. Often their personal fortune rises or falls with that of their society and times. Those born on this day who wish to remain stable through periods of social turmoil or upheaval must cultivate great will power. But too often the nervous system of a January 25 person is not up to the challenge. More than most individuals, it seems as if they are alternately punished and rewarded by fate apparently without any rhyme or reason. It is important that they never allow for a victimized mentality but remain dynamic and active.

Not infrequently January 25 people's problems are at their root self-induced. Because of the demands of the dark side of their personality, finding balance and peace within themselves as well as suitable creative outlets for their energies are important goals to strive for. If they can learn to roll with the punches, to not only keep afloat during the worst of storms but also to stay on course, they may achieve great success.

Strengths: Talented, Interesting

Weaknesses: Self-Defeating, Unstable

ADVICE: Never give up. Recognize what is happening, confront the truth of the situation, but keep fighting for yourself. Learn when to push, when to pull and when to do nothing. Keep your spirits high and your eyes on the future. Change can be a friend.

BORN ON THIS DAYCorazon Aquino, Harmony (Swallow's Nest), Robert Burns (Scottish poet), W. Somerset Maughan (British short story writer), Virginia Wool, Steve Roland "Pre" Prefontaine; Source: The Secret Language of Birthdays Gary Goldschneider & Joost Elffers.

MEDITATION: Fate indeed casts a long shadow, but keep your own light shining.

Meaning of the Two of Diamonds Need for Financial Security,
Karmic Challenge: Fear of Lack.

TWO of Diamonds: The Wheeler Dealer Card: The Two of Diamonds has an innate intuition that, if followed, will always lead them to success in all their dealings. Inherent in this intuition is a high set of values and often a "mission" in life, a mission that always involves partners and "others". There is a certain amount of ambition, usually for money, that keeps them motivated. This is good because they can get into ruts at times - especially in their closest relationships. If they tap into their inner guidance they will find a path awaiting them that is fascinating and rewarding. They do best by establishing themselves in one business and sticking with it. They should be careful that their social obligations do not tax their health and well being. They usually make large sums of money in real estate in their later years and maintain good health throughout their lives. These people love to mix and mingle and to do "deals" with others. Once they have discovered their special mission, they find more success.

two of diamonds The TWO of Diamonds need to overcome an inherent fear of not having enough money. Power is always available to the 2 of Diamonds in whatever career they choose, including their social life. The Challenge for the 2 of Diamonds is unraveling their tendency towards fixation. They get stuck wielding their own power until they are forced out of their personal situation, empty handed, wondering how they ever let it get that far in the first place! The men Two of Diamonds make excellent traders - especially in areas of glamour, or foreign investments. Entertainers often end up drifting through life, or being content with a mediocre performance. Not true of the women. http://www.metasymbology.com/

AQUARIUS I: The Week of GENIUS: January 23-30: Although AQUARIUS I's may not necessarily be more intelligent than others in the year, they generally learn quickly and exhibit an alert, even high-strung demeanor. Like thoroughbreds, they are hot-blooded types, usually champing at the bit to get on with it. Patience is not one of their virtues, and AQUARIUS I's show a marked itchiness with those slower sorts who need time to express themselves and make decisions.

Strengths: Precocious - Unique - Self-Taught

Weaknesses: Reckless - Distracted - Stressed-Out

AQUARIUS I NOTABLE Franklin Delano Roosevelt, commonly known by his initials FDR, was an American statesman and political leader who served as the 32nd President of the United States. January 30, 1882, Hyde Park, NY.

AQUARIUS I NOTABLES: Mozart, FDR, Oprah, Paul Newman, Hadrian, W.C. Fields, Lewis Carroll. Source: The Secret Language of RelationshipsGary Goldschneider & Joost Elffers.

ADVICE: Clarify a realistic picture of yourself in your mind's eye. A certain amount of undesirable personal interaction is always necessary: try to be more thick-skinned and, if necessary, downright insensitive. Cultivate calm, patience and persistence rather than always going your own way. Learn to handle frustration and be tough enough to quietly demand the very best for yourself.

Karmic Challenge: Fear of Lack.
