January EIGHTH the Day of the BIG BANG

Elvis Aaron Presley was an American singer and actor. Regarded as one of the most significant cultural icons of the 20th century, he is often referred to as "the King of Rock and Roll", or simply, "the King". January 8, 1935

January EIGHTH the Day of the BIG BANG: January 8 people seem fated to make a tremendous impact on life around them. They are not necessarily outgoing or overly demonstrative but nonetheless lend each of their social or personal meetings an air of importance, and convey such a strong sense of their own being that people come away feeling deeply impressed. Whether physical individuals or not (and many born on this day are not impressive in this respect, perhaps even disadvantaged), the solidity of purpose which they communicate is their unmistakable trademark.

STRENGTHS: Self-Confident, Influential, Intense

WEAKNESSES: Conceited, Unforgiving, Heavy

ADVICE: Don't get carried away with yourself. Deepen bonds of love and empathy with those around you. Be prepared to give and take, in an easy manner. Remain open to change and take some chances. Don't give up your spontaneity for the sake of success.

BORN ON THIS DAY: Elvis Presley, Stephen Hawking, David Bowie, Shirley Bassey, Jose Ferrar, Yvette Mimieux, Soupy Sales, Hans von Bullow, Kim Jong-un, Charles Osgood (TV journalist).

MEDITATION: Those lost in their own myth can cut a fine figure but generally make poor human beings.

Spades - Wisdom - Labor – Acceptance
6 of Spades - The Law of Life
Karma for the 6 of Spades - FAITH

SIX of Spades: The Card of FATE - The (Image result for SIX of Spades6s) is called the card of Fate because it is the strongest symbols of the Law of Cause and Effect. What we sow, we shall reap, for good or ill. When our birth card is a Six, we can expect there to be 'fated' events at different times in our lives. These are events at different times in our lives. These are events that were set in motion by our actions or words in previous lifetimes whose effects were set aside to be experienced later, when conditions are right to create an equalizing of those events. Some of these events can be positive and helpful, while others may show us what it is like to be on the receiving end of some negative occurrence. For the most powerful of the Sixes, the (6s), life just seems to have more of these fated events than most, so much so that many (6s) begin to equate life as a place where they have few choices and little power to change its outcome. It is true we cannot change events once they are set in motion, but there are still many events in life over which we have tremendous responsibility, and our choices in this life are always important in this regard. This is one of the major lessons for the (6s).

Your karma cards are the (9s) nine of spadesNINE of Spades and the (2s) two of spadeTWO of Spades

This is a powerful card, and the card of a person who is here to learn the responsibility of such power. These people either align themselves to a higher purpose and vision and achieve great success, or have their power turned against them for their own downfall. As a rule, these people are very responsible for their actions but a strong Neptune influence can lead many of them down the road of escapism and time lost in fantasy. They are dreamers to be sure. They must latch on to the highest dream they can and use their power to attain it. Nothing can stop them once this vision is clear. Fulfillment on every level is guaranteed.

This card has some of the greatest potential for success and recognition of any card in the deck and many of them are slated for great achievement. The (8d) in Mars and the (Ks) in Jupiter hint of the huge potential for financial gain. Of course, for this to be realized, they must take action and be willing to bear great responsibility. They must watch a tendency to fall into a comfortable rut. They can also be very stubborn. Through the acquisition of knowledge they find great fulfillment, life purpose, direction, and many good friends. Some of their greatest challenges come in the area of love and romance. Their own indecision works against them.

ISSUES CONCERNING RELATIONSHIPS: The (6s) cannot stop thinking about love and romance. At the same time they have a somewhat mental approach to the whole situation that causes them to undergo many experiences, both up and down, while they gather experiences to back up their concepts and ideas. They can tend to be drawn into multiple relationships and this usually has negative consequences for them. The desire for multiple relationships is usually rooted in their hidden fear of not getting enough affection that underlies these attempts. This fear is symbolized by the (3h) in Saturn, can make it very difficult to have true intimacy with another until it is recognized and acknowledged.

SIX of Spades: This is the Card of overcoming, and all Six of Spades people are strong willed and determined; often fixed and stubborn! The Six of Spades have great potential and power in their Life Pattern of Cards, but if they don't accept the responsibilities that are being constantly placed upon them, they will drift toward discouragement, lack of initiative, and ultimately, what one could call a very boring life! The Six of Spades people are strictly just - and they may seem hard and unfeeling at times. Intuitively, they know that there is no death, only Eternal Life. It is this truth that they have come to fully realize in our finite world of mortality. Tried and tested throughout their lives, when the Six of Spades are beaten down it is only to rise up, and try even harder the second, or third time around!                               http://www.metasymbology.com/

CAPRICORN I The Week of DETERMINATION January 3-9: Those born in the Week of Determination often have the drive and ambition necessary to reach the top of their profession. Whether or not they succeed, no one can fault them for not trying. Capricorn II's are strivers, like the mountain goat who seeks the highest crags. Once embarked on a course of action, they are extremely difficult to dissuade from their plans. No matter how great or modest their gifts, Capricorn II's make the most of their abilities and stretch their talents to the outer edge of the envelope. Capricorn II's are usually pictured as hard-headed, down-to-earth thinkers, but those born in the Week of Determination are often interested in the theoretical, even metaphysical, religious or spiritual subjects and practices. Nor are their ideas in these areas at all conservative; they may in fact be rather radical. No idea is too strange or far out for Capricorn II's to at least consider and they have the undeniable tendency to let their minds range over the broadest questions of cosmology and human existence. This philosophical bent, however, is usually based on fact and observation, for Capricorn II's have little time for idle or ill-founded speculation.

Strengths: RESILIENT, RESOURCEFUL, THEORETICAL

Weaknesses: NAIVE, ARMORED, WORKAHOLIC

Advice: Recognize your limitations - they do exist. Allow yourself to give in occasionally, even to fail and acknowledge it. Showing your more vulnerable side should not be threatening. Try to keep your ideals grounded and be sure your "reality" is not in fact an illusion.
